All staff are to undertake Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) training induction before commencing on site. Specific on site OHS inductions may be required and will be completed to Principal's satisfaction. All professional staff undertake Safe Driving Course and First Aid/CPR Certificate Course.

Our ongoing professional development program allows Minsol Group/Leeson Valuers to offer the highest standards of Risk Management and Compliance in line with the standard set by the Australian Property Institute.
All professional staff have a current Australian Property Institute Continuing Professional Development and Risk Management Compliance Certificate.From 12 March 2014 Australia's Privacy Laws changed. A new set of Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) now apply with changes to the disclosure of personal information and requesting access to personal information held by an organisation. In general terms, the APPs will apply to all businesses with annual turnover greater than $3 million (including contractors to the business).
Minsol Group's partners have completed APP training following its introduction, and all staff are provided ongoing training in privacy practices, procedures and systems in relation to how private information is collected, stored and accessed by the business. Minsol Group utilises Consultation Manager to record and store collected private landholder information. Access protocols are in place for accessing the stored information.
